With a genuine mindset and inspiration, the Stine Goya Autumn/Winter 2024 collection is a tribute to the details that make fashion great. Here you will find the details of the collection showcased during the Copenhagen Fashion Week.

Founded in 2006, the Danish fashion house carries its creator’s name as a symbol of her creativity. For Goya, Copenhagen is an unique source of inspiration. Because of it, each collection seeks to represents this vision, with a deep exploration of color and print, successfully creating a unique position on both the local and international stage.

Since its inception, Stine Goya has experienced tremendous growth, culminating in the establishment of four own-retail stores in Denmark and the United Kingdom, alongside an extensive network of representation comprising 450 retailers in 30 international markets.

The collection

‘ART.WORK’ is the title of the Autumn-Winter 2024 collection that extends an invitation to the public to enter the Goya universe and be immersed in a celebration of artistry. At first, the show began as an invitation to Stine’s home and atelier. It was here that happened an intimate exploration of the brand’s defining DNA.

By adorning the atelier with an exclusive exhibition by David Risley, a Copenhagen-based british artist, the space was transformed into a living fabric for the show. The selection effectively leads the viewer through the atelier by using ready-to-wear clothes and designs. This concept is reinforced by Goya’s statement:

“Art has always been the foundation for everything we do, so creating a collection that represents this in an even more physical sense only felt right. We have created a collection that truly celebrates the creative forces that drive our brand. Utilising the amazing space of the atelier has also been an enlightening experience. For years, we have subconsciously been inspired by the space, so to focus in on the details and colours of each room and see how this translates into unique wearable pieces of art has been incredibly rewarding.”

The highly design-led collection emphasizes small details, revealing hidden elements across all categories. The collection layers lapels with contrasting materials, and the appearance of designs from linings adds complexity to solid color styles. The set expands upon branded hardware, upgrading outerwear and jeans styles. The label experimented with internal and external design, using the technique of deconstruction to make remarks about elevated items. The brand’s distinctive sequins have been densely placed and given a matte finish, resulting in a classy look.

Surrounded by inspiration, the color palette remains seasonally appropriate, with electric blues inspired by Copenhagen’s winter evening skies. Red ochre adds warmth to vibrant coats and dresses, while soft pink and buttermilk evoke the surroundings of the atelier, from the showroom to the grand staircase. Silver weaves taupe throughout it, offering a touch of shine, while chocolate brown provides an earthy backdrop for the bright hand-painted blooms.

Stine Goya Winter 2024 accessories feature a variety of fresh styles as well as modernized versions of treasured classics. Furthermore, shoes and backpacks with excessive silver studs stand out. To conclude, slouchy deep red and glossy black boots complement the color scheme found in ready-to-wear clothing.
